& Company was founded in 1925 by William Leo Hailey, a World
War I veteran with entrepreneurial aspirations. His vision was to
create a company that would play an integral role in the building
of local communities and our nation. He accomplished just that.
W.L. Hailey
& Company is ranked among the largest environmental construction
firms in the United States. It employs over 250 people. They are
engineers, construction managers, estimators, and highly skilled
and experienced tradespeople. They work from offices in Nashville,
TN, Atlanta GA, and on construction sites in diverse geographic
regions.
The growth
of W.L. Hailey & Company over the past eight decades is
a result of a commitment to clients and constant preparation
for the challenges of the future. Over the past decade alone,
our company has invested approximately $15 million in advanced
machinery. This has been augmented by recruiting top professionals
